Notice: New Regulations About Exporting to India

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs-CBIT has announced Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations 2018,which shall come into force on March 1,2019(Vessel Arrival/Departure Date).

According to the New Regulation, the shipper must provide below information to shipment forwarder:

Ⅰ.IE code；

Import & export Code (IEC) of importer;

Ⅱ.GSTN number；

GST Identification No (GSTIN) of importer;

Ⅲ.Official E-mail ID of importer
